MASH daal k Dahi Barey
yogurt 1 kg
cream 1 pack
milk 1 glass
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 2,3 tbsp
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
mash daal soaked for atleast 3,4 hours
chat masala
imli sonth ki chatni
papri
soak daal in water and after 3,4 hours drain all water.
grind it in a very thick paste with garlic paste.
rest it for 1/2 hour.
preheat oil in a wok.
fry fritters in nice golden color.
now place a strainer in a bowl and put them in it to drain excess oil.
add 2 tbsp salt in water in a big bowl .
soak fried fritters for 1/2 hour.
squeeze them gently and place them in serving bowl.
now beat yogurt with milk and cream.mix salt and sugar in it.and keep it in the fridge .
when want to serve pour yogurt on soaked fritters and garnish with chat masala, papri and sonth imli ki chatni.
