kharey masale ka qeema
beef or mutton mince 1/2 kg
oil 1/2 cup
onion large 1 coarsely chopped
yogurt 300 gm or 1 cup full
cloves 5 ,6
B.cardamom 1
2 pieces of cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
roughly crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
ginger sliced 1 inch piece
red button chilies 6 to 8 cut in to 2,3 pieces.
garlic chopped 1/2 bunch
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp optional
METHOD:
pre heat oil in wok and add onion.
saute it for 1 minute.
when become translucent add mince with ginger ,garlic paste,whole and ground spices and cook on med flame .
when oil comes out on top add yogurt in it.
cook mince in yogurt water for at lest 10 ,12 minutes.
when it become tender and oil comes out on top it will be ready to serve.
serve it with onion rings,lemon wedges and paratha.
