BIHARI QEEMA (beef mince in bihari boti masala )
BIHARI QEEMA
mince very fine with 10 % fat 1 kg
bihari masala 4 to 6 tbsp (as much spicy as you like )
1 large onion chopped
ginger 1.5 inch piece
garlic half bunch
raw papaya 1/4 of 4 inch papaya with skin
green chilies 4
yogurt 1 cup
mustard oil 2 ,3 tbsp full
coriander,lemon onion rings,green chilies and ginger for garnishing
oil 1/4 cup
make a paste of garlic,ginger,green chilies and raw papaya.
marinate mince with the paste along with spice pwd and yogurt.add mustard oil too.
keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
then fry onion til gets golden color and add marinated mince in it.
mix well and cover with lid and keep cooking on med low flame.
after 10 mins mince release its water so keep cooking it in this water till oil comes out on top.
mean while burn a piece of coal .
when mince is ready (it takes 15 minutes )place a metal bowl in the middle and put burnt coal in it,drizzle few drops oil on it and cover with the lid for 5 to 10 mins.
serve it with raita and garnishing ingredients as shown in the video
