Harvesting Tomatoes and Sun drying them for winters | Salamat

The stone walls create best environment for tomatoes to grow in Hunza Valley, Pakistan.

The water in which I wash tomatoes ,That is not dirty water .It is glacier water that comes from just few miles way through locally made gravity fed water channel. The water has some mineral sand that gives it greenish color. This is actually fresh, just glacier melted water full of minerals.
