Chicken Corn Soup - Happy Winters
Chicken stock (yakhni) 1 litre
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg white 2
Mix chicken salt and corn in 1 litre stock. cook it for 5 to 6 minutes, mix the corn flour in some water and add into the stock. cook it and add egg white and mix it immediately. serve it with soya sauce, chilli sauce and green chilli with vinegar.
