rice 500 gm,
Saunf 1 tabsp
Choti illaichi 1 teasp
oil 1 cup
mx half glass water in gurr and make its syrup, boil the rice. fry saunf and illaichi in oil and mix gurr syrup in it. after cooking it for 7 to 8 minutes now mix boiled rice in it. Cook it for 5 minutes and after drying water put it on low flame for steaming.
