" CHUTNEY FOR DAAL CHAWAL "

Crush mint/ podina, 3-4 green chillies which is hot, 1 md sz tomato, 1 clove of garlic, some fresh coriander, 2-3tbs lemon juice, 2tbs full white vinegar and ½ ts salt in a chopper/ pestle and mortar coarsely. Ratio - 1 part mint and 2-3 parts coriander.
