Hyderabadi Achar Gosht
Mutton 1/2 kg
Yogurt/Dahi 1/2 cup
Turmeric Pow/Huldee 1/2 tsp
Red chili Pow/Lal Mirch 1/2+1/2 tsp
Salt/Namak 1/2+1/4 tsp
Water 1 cup
Mustard seeds/Rai dana 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds/Methi dana 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves/Lehsan 8-10
(Cut julienne into two pieces)
Red chillies whole 3-4
Curry leaves 14-15
Onion seeds/Kalongi 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1-2 TBS
Cumin/Zeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Dhanya Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies 2-3
