Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli Flakes 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Spinach chopped 1 cup
Coriander seeds crushed 2

Garam Masala Powder 1
tsp
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
Cold Water as needed
Chaat Masala to taste
