Kaleji do pyaza
A fatafat Non-veg recipe that cooks in 15-20 minutes and anybody can do easily
Kaleji do pyaaza
Ingredients :
1. Kaleji 200 gm
2. cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
3. cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4. cardamom pods 2
5.Cloves 3-4
6.Black pepper seeds 10-12
7. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
8.Onion 2-3 cut in 2 or 3 portions
9. tomato 1-2 small & Green chillis 3-4
10.Garam masala 1tsp
11. turmeric powder 1tsp
12. sookha dhaniya 1tsp
13.red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
14. Mutton masala 1 tsp
15. salt as per taste
Recipe procedure:
Step 1. Heat the oil in pan
step 2: fry cardamom pods, cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper seeds for less than a minute
step 3: Add ginger garlic paste and roast it
step 4: Add onion cut into 2:4 proportion and green chillis and fry it for a minute or two
step 5.: after 2-4 minutes of frying onion once its brown and little soft add your tomatoes into the masala mix
step 6: Add all your spices and stri it for few minutes
step 7: Cook the masala by covering the lid , add a little water so masala would't stick to bottom
step 8. once masala is 40-50% cooked add your Kaleji into it and stri fry for 3-4 minutes
You don't cook the masala a lot in this dish and let it have a little raw look
step 9: Add a little water to it and cover the lid for few minutes
step 10: in 5-7 minutes your kaleji do pyaza is ready to serve
enjoy the quickest Non-veg dish with not much to do and enjoy this as a main course or a snaker
