INGREDIENTS: Kaleji (Beef or Mutton): 1/2 Kg
Salt: 1 Tea Spoon
Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tea Spoon (Or to your bear)
Haldi (Turmeric) powder: 3/4 Tea spoon
Basic Garam Masal: 1 Tea Spoon
Ghee/Oil: 2 Tbsp
PROCEDURE:
Wash whole liver first, then cut it into smaller squares less then a 1/4 inch cube. On a Tawa (Hot Plate) or fry pan, heat 2 tbsp of Ghee or oil then reduce the flame to 1/2. Add Liver to the heated oil and mix very well with spoon. After 1/2 minute of mixing, add all spices and increase the flame to 3/4 and mix very well for
2 1/2 minutes. then reduce the flame to 1/2 and mix very well for 1 more minute. Liaqatabad, Karachi, Food Street style Kaleji is ready in four
