Yummy Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Cream cheese 400 gm
Cream 500 gm
Chocolate 350 gm
Vanilla cake sponge 2
Gelatin 2 tbsp

Mix gelatin in half cup of semi hot water. Beat the cream cheese and add 400 gm cream and beat again and then add gelatin, beat and put into fridge. Melt the chocolate and add remaining 100 gm cream into it and mix. put a layer of butter paper in cake pan and put a layer of sponge cake on it. put a layer of prepared cream cheese on it, then put a layer of chocolate on it. Now put second layer of cake sponge and layer it with cream cheese and chocolate. Put it in refrigerator from 3 to 4 hours to settle down.
