* Minced Chicken - 250g
* Black pepper - 1 tsp
* Onions - 2
* Green chillies - 6
* Parsley - 2 tbsp
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Cornflour - 2 tbsp
* White vinegar - 2 tbsp
* Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
* Ground dry coriander - 2 tbsp
* Red Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
* Egg - 1
