CRISPY DRUM STICKS
chicken leg pieces 10,12
hot sauce any brand 1 to 2 tsp
soya sauce 2 tsp
lemon juice of half lemon
garlic paste 1 tsp
meet tenderizer 1/4 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp leveled
B.pepper pwd 1/2 tsp
W.pepper pwd 1/2
eggs 2
bread crumbs 1 cup
all purpose flour 1 cup
nacho chips 1 cup crushed
marinate chicken with all spices and sauces.
put it in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours or over night for best result.
now coat drum sticks in plan or all purpose flour.
then in beaten eggs
and then in bread crumbs and nacho chips ( crushed ) mixture.
put them in the fridge ,mean while pre heat oil in a wok
fry them in the oil on very low flame for 6,7 minutes first
then turn them and fry again from this side for another 5,6 minutes
place a strainer in a big bowl and put all fried drum sticks in this strainer for few minutes to drain all excessive oil.
do not put them directly on paper towel ,other wise juices of chicken makes the outer crust soggy.
serve with mayo dip.
