SHEERKHURMA (vermicelli and nuts cooked in milk )

ingredients:
milk 2 liters
vermicelli ( siwaian ) 1/2 pack 125 gm
sugar 1 cup
cardamom pwd 1/2 tsp
cashew /almond /pistachio boil for 2 mins then peel nd cut in to twp parts
boiled dry dates as much as you like
desi ghee 1 tbsp
fry crushed siwaian in ghee and add milk in it.
add cardamom pods or powder.
yes no need to boil milk first .it will be boiled automatically when cooked.
when siwaian become soft add sugar and half nuts in it,it will take 4 to 6 mins only..
cook on med flame for another 2 mins then pour in the serving dish and garnish with remaining nuts.
