INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp. milk
Salt to taste
Pepper as desired
2 tbsp. oil or butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, add milk, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork to combine.
2. Heat butter/oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and let it melt. Don’t allow the butter to brown or it will discolor the eggs
3. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
4. Continue cooking – pulling, lifting and folding eggs, until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.
5. Remove them just before they are ready and serve the velvety scramble eggs without delay.
6. Serve with toast or salsa sauce
7. Enjoy. Good Luck!
TIP:
Eggs are delicate and will continue to cook even after you've taken them off the heat, so it's really important to remove them just before they're ready.
