Sheer Khurma (Vermicelli) Fried + Milk recipe by Food Fusion
Sheer Khurma - Sawayan (Vermicelli) recipe made in two different ways. A must have for Eid so save this and remember to make it on the big day.
We wanted to give both with milk and without milk versions in one video for you.
Recipe in English:
Doodh Sawaiyan:
Ingredients:
Vermicelli ½ cup
Ghee 1 & ½ tbs
Cardamom 2
Clove 1
Milk 1 Litre
Sugar ½ cup
Nut (almonds, pitachios, walnuts)
Direction:
In a pan heat ghee, add cardamom and clove and saute. Add vermicelli fry and stir well.
In a separate pan, add milk and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and fried sevaiyan to milk and cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes. Keep stirring while cooking.
Dish out and sprinkle nuts of your choice and let it cool. Serve
Bhunni howi Sevaiyan:
Ingredients:
Ghee ½ cup
Cardamom 2-3
Vermicelli crushed 1 cup
Water ½ cup or as required
Sugar ¼ cup or as required
Khoya 2 tbs
Nuts for garnish
Direction:
Heat ghee in a pan and add cardamom. Add vermicelli and fry well.
Add water and sugar to it and cook for 4 to 5 mins on low flame. Keep stirring. Add more water if required. When water dries, fried sevaiyan is ready. Garnish with khoya and nuts. Serve

Ajza :-
Ghee 1 & ½ tbs
Elaichi 2
Loang 1
Sevaiyan crushed ½ cup
Doodh 1 litre
Cheeni ½ cup
Badam, pista
Direction:-
Aik pan main ghee garam karlain, elaichi aur loang shamil Karen, karkarane par sevaiyan shamil kar kea chi tarah bhoon len. Aanch halki rakhen.
Aik alaihda pan main doodh ko halki aanch par pakayen 5-6 minutes tak. Bhooni huee sevaiyan shamil Karen aur halki aanch par 15 minute tak pakayen. Pakane ke doran chamcha chelate rahen.
Doodh sevaiyan pyale main nikal ke nuts se garnish karlain aur thanda hone pe serve Karen.

Pani ½ cup or hasbe zarorat
Cheeni ¼ cup
Khoya 1-2tbs
Badaam aur pista sajanee ke liye
Direction:
Ek pan main ghee garam kar lain aur elaichi mila len. Ab crush ki huee sevaiyan shamil karke halki aanch par bhoone. Pani aur cheeni shamil karke halki aanch pe pakayen. Agar zarorat ho tu mazeed thora sa pani shamil Karen. Jab sevaiyan ghee pe ajayen tu plate main nikal lan aur khoya, badaam aur pista se garnish kar lain.
