Alaknanda Hydropower project

The project is a run-of-the-river 330 MW Hydro Electric Project and is located in Tehri/Pauri Garhwal District of Uttarakhand on the river Alaknanda, Shrinagar. This six minute film captures the challenges of building a hydropower plant and how GVK successfully overcame these and commissioned it.
