This is a story of a woman Malkan who scarified her love for the strong traditions of a feudal family. After spending 20 years like a widow she faces a difficult situation when her nephew Kabir asks the hand of her daughter Noor Afroz who belongs to the bloodline of Peer Bukht Subhan a renowned Peer in Lakhi Mahal. Malkan refuses to marry her daughter to Kabir and decides to break the promise she made with Peer Bakht Subhan that she would never meet him in order to give him his daughter back to where she belongs. When Peer Bakht Subhan finds out that Noor Afroz is his daughter he becomes confused as the Peer cannot admit his undying love for Malkan and Noor Afroz and Bakht Subhan cannot live without Malkan and Noor Afroz.
