filling ka qeema for samosa,roll,patties,
also used in cutlets and mince lasania.
mince meat 1/2 kg
onion 1 large fine chopped
garlic paste 1 tsp
ginger paste 1/2 tsp
red chili pwd 1 tsp
coriander pwd 1 tsp
cumin dry roasted and crushed 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
green chilies 4 chopped
coriander or mint up to you 2,3 tbsp
oil 2 tsp
in a frying pan add oil and put qeema in there with all spices and ginger,garlic pastes.
mix and cook on med low flame for 10 minutes.
