All Purpose Flour 3 cups

Jaggery 1 tbsp

Ajwain 1/2 tsp

Baking Soda 2 pinches

3 tbsp Oil

For Stuffing:

Boiled Potatoes 1/2 kg

Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp

Dry roasted and crushed
cumin 1 tsp

Mustardseeds crushed 1/2
tsp

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Mint leaves 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

For Mazeedar Chutney

Coriander leaves chopped
1/2 cup

Mint chopped 1/2 cup

Green Chilli 1

Tamarind Paste 1 tbsp or
to taste

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Red chillis whole 3

Garlic 2 cloves

Salt 1/4th tsp or to taste
