Chicken Chutney Paratha Roll Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cream 2 & ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chinese salt ¼ tsp (optional)
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Oil 2 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Chinese salt 1 tsp (optional)
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) as required
-Ghee for frying
Assembling:
-Paratha
-Cooked chicken
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Spicy yogurt sauce

Directions:
For Chicken:
-In bowl,add yogurt,green chilies,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,cream,cumin powder,black pepper powder,salt and chinese salt,mix well.
-Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30-45 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken,mix well for 2-3 minutes.
-Cover and cook on medium low flame 3-4 minutes then cook on high flame until it dry.
-Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes.
For Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
-In grinder,add red chili powder,cumin seeds,chinese salt,salt,citric acid,green chilies,fresh coriander and yogurt,blend well & set aside.
For Dough:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well.
-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-On working surface,add ghee and spread it.
-Take a small dough ball and press it,roll it with the help of rolling pin.
-Heat griddle,place rolled dough and fry from both sides with ghee.
Assembling:
-On paratha,add cooked chicken,onion rings,spicy yogurt sauce and wrap with butter paper & serve.

-Bowl mein dahi,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste,kacha papita,cream,zeera powder,kali mirch powder, namak aur chinese salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30-45 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
For Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
-Grinder mein lal mirch powder,zeera,chinese salt,namak,tatri,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-For Dough:
-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Working surface per ghee dal ker pheela lein.
-Chota dough ball lein aur press ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
Assembling:
-Paratha per cooked chicken,pyaz rings,spicy yogurt sauce dal dein aur butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein.
