chicken macaroni with sriracha sauce
ingredients;
macaroni 1 pack 250 gms
chicken bone less or qeema 300 grm
chopped garlic 2 cloves large size
ginger 1 inch finely chopped
carrots 3 chopped
cabbage small chopped
bell pepper 1 large chopped
ketchup 1 cup
sriracha sauce 1/4 cup or 2 tbsp for milder spicy.
soya sauce 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp leveled
red chili flakes 1/2 tsp optional
salt to taste (add in last )
oil 4 tbsp
dried parsley or any favorite herb 1 tsp
vinegar 2 tbsp
water 1 cup
corn flour 1 tbsp or tsp up to you
METHOD:
first boil macaroni as directed on the packet.
then add 2 tbsp oil in a wok and stir fry veggies for just 1 min on high flame.
add 2 tbsp again and fry ginger n garlic.
add chicken and cook on high flame.
when water dries from the chicken and changes its color add spices and sauces except sriracha and ketchup.
give it 1 min.
add ketchup and sriracha and give it a boil.
add water and add veggies.
give it 2 mins and add corn flour mixed with 2,3 tbsp water.
now add macaroni and sprinkle herbs.
add lemon juice
simmer for 1 minute more and serve.
