A perfectly cooked fish tikka. Try this recipe with and without gravy. You will love it both ways.

Fish Tikka Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Machli (Fish) boneless cubes 500 gms
-Lemon slices (optional)
-Oil 2 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Fish Tikka with Gravy:
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne

Directions:
-In bowl,add red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,salt,yellow food color,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-In bowl,add fish boneless cubes and prepared paste,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-Thread lemon slices and marinated fish cubes on skewers.
-In grill pan,add oil and fry on low flame until done.
-Switch off the flame and give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
Fish Tikka with Gravy:
-In wok,add oil,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add tomatoes,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,red chili crushed,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds and mix well,cook until tomatoes are soft.
-Add grilled fish cubes,ginger and green chilies,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with green chili and ginger & serve.

-Bowl mein lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,zeera,namak,zarda ka rang,lemon juice aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein fish boneless cubes aur tayyar paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya matinate ker lein.
-Lemon slices aur marinated machli ko skewers per laga lein.
-Grill pan mein oil dal dein aur fish ko pak janay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.
Fish Tikka with Gravy:
-Karhai mein oil aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,lal mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,dhania powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
-Grilled fish cubes,adrak aur hari mirch dal dein aur dhak ker 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Hari mirch aur adrak sa granish ker ka serve karein.
