Learn how to make Moong Daal samosa at home and how to wrap the samosa step by step instructions, very easy recipe for those who wants to make samosa at home.

Daal Samosa Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal
One onion chopped
Green coriander finely chopped 1/1 cup
Green chilies minced-1 tablespoon
Crushed red chili -1teaspoon
Black pepper powder- ½ 1teaspoon
Dried mango powder or amchur powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Samosa wraps as required.
oil for frying.
Cooking method:
Soak the dal for overnight or at least for 6 hour, then grind it.
Make daal filling; in a bowl add daal, black pepper, amchur powder, crushed red chili, salt, chopped onions, green coriander, green chilies and mix together.
Take 4 tbsp flour mix with water it become a flour paste or better to use seal the samosa
Take a samosa wrap, first fold to make a pocket in a triangle shape and fill the pocket with dal mixture then seal it with flour and water mixture using brush and fold over. Last part of the edge fold inside the wrap and samosa is ready.

Heat the oil into a wok now deep fry all samosa till it turn golden brown
Serve Hot Samosas with Mint Chutney & Tamarind Chutney
