potato nd chicken cutlets
chicken and potato cutlets
chicken 1/2 kg
potatoes 1.5 kg
green onion 1 stalk
green chilies 10
fresh coriander 1/2 bunch chopped
black pepper pwd 1 tsp
white pepper pwd 1 tsp
hot sauce or chili sauce 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp or to taste
eggs 4
bread crumbs 1 pack or 2 cups
oil for frying
first boil potatoes with 1 tbsp salt and then drop them in cold water,drain them and keep them in the fridge for 1 hour.
this method will make the potatoes little hard but perfectly cooked.
mean while boil chicken with 1 tsp salt,1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic paste.
shred it and keep it a side.
mash potatoes finely.
now mix every thing nicely in potatoes and make cutlet.
give them your favorite shape.
beat eggs and dip them one by one in it then roll them in bread crumbs.
keep them in the freezer for 1 hour then fry.
if you want to freeze them place them in a tray or plate and cover first layer with plastic sheet then place second layer on it.
cover it again and then freeze them.
use them in a week
fry them on high med flame and serve with your favorite chatni or dip.
