Chicken Seekh Kabab- چکن سیخ کباب
Learn how to make absolutely delicious restaurant style Chicken Seekh Kabab from scratch using simple ingredients and home made spices.
Ingredients;
1 ½ kg ground chicken
2 medium size onions
2 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoon salt or as your taste
1 tablespoon toasted and crushed coriander seeds
1 tablespoon toasted and crushed cumin seeds
1 tablespoon chaat masala
12 to 15 green chilies finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
Grind all the below list of spices
1/2 teaspoon black cumin seeds (kala zeera)
10 pieces of filfil daraz (pipli)
1/2 teaspoon allspice (kabab Cheeni)
1 teaspoon black pepper (kali mirach)
8 to 10 pieces whole dried small red peppers (choti lal mirch)
