Chicken Malai Tikka / Chicken Malai Boti / Malai kabab by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

Chicken Malai Boti is a very delicious, juicy and creamy dish. Yet easy as well. Try this BBQ recipe you will make it again & again for sure. Serve hot with coriander, mint chutney and salad.
Ingredients:
chicken cubes 1/2 kg
salt to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
yogurt 2 tbsp
fresh cream 4 tbsp
corn flour 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
green chili paste 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
vinegar or lime juice 1 tbsp ( i use vinegar)
1 coal for smoke
