How To Make Shahi Murgh Taramam at home this is basically known as whole fried chicken or chicken sajji
Ingredients:
Full Chicken With Skin
5-6 Lemon Juice
Salt 3 Table Spoon'
2 Table Spoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
Black Pepper Up to your taste
Note: Marinate the chicken for at least 5 hours, its best to marinate it for 15 hours.
After that steam the marinated chicken so chicken will absorb all the spices.
Steam chicken for 15 minutes and after that fry the chicken and your shahi murgh taramam or chicken sajji is ready.
