Homemade Instant Kheer Mix
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Kheer:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Homemade instant kheer mix 1 & ½ Cups
-Pista (Pistachio)
-Badam (Almonds)
How to Prepare Instant Kheer Mix:
-Bread slices large 4
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 Cups
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 9-10
-Chawal (Rice) basmati ½ Cup
-Dry milk powder 3 Cups
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 1/4 Cup
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Kheer:
-In wok,add milk,homemade instant kheer mix,whisk continuously and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until desired thickness.
-Garnish with pistachio,almonds & serve!
How to Prepare Instant Kheer Mix:
-In chopper,add bread slices & chop until crumbled.
-In frying pan,add bread crumbs and dry roast on low flame until brown (approx. 8-10 minutes) & take out in a bowl.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,add & spread sugar evenly and cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized (don’t stir).
-Remove from heat when sugar is completely dissolved and carefully spread onto greased cookie sheet and cool down completely.
-Break into small pieces.
-In grinder,add prepared crunch & grind to make a powder & take out in a bowl.
-In grinder,add green cardamom and grind well & take out in a bowl.
-In grinder,add rice & grind to make a powder & take out in a bowl.
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,almonds,pistachio and mix until well combined (makes 8 cups approx. 1 kg)
-Can be stored in an airtight glass container for up to 2 months.

-Karhai mein doodh aur homemade kheer mix dal dein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes ya garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Pista & badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

-Chopper mein bread slices dal dein aur crumbled hunay tak chop ker lein.
-Frying pan mein bread crumbs dal dein aur halki ancch per brown hunay tak dry roast ker lein (approx. 8-10 minutes) aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur cheeni dal ker evenly pheela lein aur bohat halki ancch per 12-15 minutes ya caramelized hunay tak taka lein (don’t stir).
-Jab cheeni completely dissolve ho jaye tou chulhay sa hata lein aur greased cookie sheet per dal ker pheela lein aur thanda ker lein.
-Small pieces mein tor lein.
-Grinder mein tayyar crunch dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Grinder mein hari elaichi dal dein aur grind ker ka bowl mein nikal lein.
-Grinder mein chawal dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Bowl mein dry milk powder,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein (makes 8 cups approx. 1 kg).
-Air tight glass container mein 2 months tak store ker saktay han.
