Shakarpara Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) Hot ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-In hot water,add sugar,salt and ghee,whisk well until sugar is dissolved and set aside.
-In all-purpose flour, gradually add water mixture and knead a smooth dough,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Divide dough into two equal parts,coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut the dough into desired shape with knife.
-In wok,heat oil and fry until golden.

Shakarpara Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Pani (Water) Hot ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-Garam pani mein cheeni,namak aur ghee dal dein,cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Maida mein thora thora ker ka water mixture daltay jayein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker kein,dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Dough ko do baraber ka pieces mein divide ker lein,dry atta mein coat ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Knife ki madad sa desired shape mein cut ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam ker ka golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
