Once reduced to less than 20, the Himalayan Brown Bears have made a remarkable come back. Close to 80 giants now roam in Deosai - the land of giants. But as the world scrambles to deal with climate crisis, the future of these Bears is in peril. Pakistan is the 5th most vulnerable country to climate change and the impacts are already evident on the roof of the world. We spent 60 days in the field, trekking hundred of kilometers, getting lost, got found, raided by Bears in the night.
