Special lachay dar anda paratha

Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In jug,add eggs,onion,tomato,green chili,fresh coriander,red chili crushed,salt,cumin seeds and coriander seeds,whisk well & set aside.
-Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Add cooking oil and spread evenly.
-Sprinkle flour and spread it.
-Make a hole in the center of the dough and fold carefully,cut the dough from the side and roll it like swiss roll.
-Sprinkle flour and spread the dough with the help of the hand.
-Apply cooking oil,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Heat griddle,place rolled dough and fry from both sides with cooking oil & set aside.
-On griddle,add cooking oil and pour egg mixture and cook for few seconds then place cooked paratha over it,press gently and cook from both sides until done.
-Cut into desired shape,sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

-Jug mein anday,pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,hara dhania,lal mirch crushed,namak,zeera aur dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker pheela lein.
-Maida chirak ker pheela lein.
-Dough ka center mein hole ker lein aur carefully fold ker lein,dough ko side sa cut ker lein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko pheela lein.
-Cooking oil laga ker maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker dono sides sa cooking oil mein fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur anday ka mixture dal dein aur kuch seconds kliya paka lein phir cooked paratha rakh dein aur gently press ker ka dono sides sa paka lein.
-Desired shape mein cur ker lein aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
