The way back to Islamabad - Part 2The ride from Chilas to Besham was one to remember, for the wrong reason though. One of the toughest, if not the toughest ride I have had since I started my solo motorcycle ride from France to Sri Lanka, 25,000km ago.Police were all over me, giving me escort after escort, on a VERY tiring road.I want to clarify guys, I might sound like I am bitching a bit (constantly through the video actually haha), but this really was hard mentally, and physically a bit. However, I want to make it clear that the police were always very nice to me, and that they likely have reasons (that I still don't know to this day) to place foreigners under military escort... As I have been all around the country and it is a VERY safe place to travel!
