Chicken Chunks Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bread slices 2
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Chicken boneless cubes 500 gms
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Chicken tikka masala 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Oil 1 tbs
Assembling:
-Kheera (Cucumber) cubes
-Tamatar (Tomato) cubes
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Fried chicken chunks
-Fried paratha
-Mayonnaise
-Tomato ketchup
-Mustard paste
-Kheera (Cucumber) grated
-Gajar (Carrot) grated
-Fried chicken chunks

Directions:
-In chopper,add bread slices,milk,chicken,onion,fresh coriander,green chilies,egg,chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste,salt,red chili crushed,baking soda,oil and chop until well combined.
-Grease dish with oil,add prepared chicken mixture and press it evenly,cover & bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 10-15 minutes or microwave (medium power) for 10-12 minutes.
-Let it cool and cut into square cubes.
-Can be freeze up to 3 weeks in airtight container.
-In frying pan,add oil and chicken chunks,stir fry until golden brown & set aside.
-In serving bowl,add cucumber,tomato,onion,carrot,black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice and mix well.
-Add fried chicken chunks & serve.
-On fried paratha,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,cucumber,carrot,fried chicken chunks and wrap & serve.

-Chopper mein bread slices,doodh,chicken,pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch,anda,chicken tikka masala,adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch crushed,baking soda aur oil dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Dish ko oil sa grease karein aur tayyar chicken mixture dal ker evenly press ker lein aur dhak ker preheated oven mein 160 C per 10-15 minutes or 10-12 minutes kliya microwave (medium powder) ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur square cubes mein cut ker lein.
-Airtight mein dal ker 3 weeks kliya freeze ker saktay han.
-Frying pan mein oil aur chicken chunks dal ker golden brown stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Serving dish mein kheera,tamatar,pyaz,gajar,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lemin juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fried chicken chunks dal ker serve karein.
-Fried paratha per mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,kheera,gajar aur fried chicken chunks dal ker wrap karein & serve karein.
