Fried Rice Recipe in English:

• Ingredients:
• Boil Rice:
• Salt 1 tsp
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Rice 1 & ½ cup
Vegetable & egg:
• Oil 2 tbs
• Egg 1
• Garlic 1 tbs
• Spring onion white chopped ½ cup
• Carrot grated 1 cup
• Cabbage chopped ½ cup
• Spring onion chopped ½ cup
• Salt 1 tsp
• Chinese salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tsp
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Water ¼ cup

Direction:
Soak rice in water for two hours.
Boil water and add salt, vinegar to it. Add it to the boiling water. Add oil in it and give it a boil. Drain water and set aside.
Take another pan and add 1 tbs oil to it, crack an egg and stir it quickly to make it in threads. Take out egg set aside. Add 1 tbs of oil and add garlic to it. Then add spring onion (white part) and carrot and mix well. Next add cabbage, spring onion, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar.
Cook for 2 mins and then add the rice and fried egg and mix. Add ¼ cup water and keep it on low flame for 5 mins.

Fried Rice Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza :
Chawal ubalne keliye:
• Namak 1 tsp
• Sirka 1 tsp
• Chawal 1½ cup
• Oil 1 tsp
Anda & Sabzian keliye:
• Oil 2 tbs
• Anda 1
• lehsan 1 tbs
• hari pyaz ka safeed hisa ½ cup
• gajar kadokash huee 1 cup
• band gobi chopped ½ cup
• hara payaz chopped ½ cup
• Namak 1 tsp
• Chinese salt 1 tsp
• Kali mirch 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tsp
• Sirka 1 tsp
• pani ¼ cup

Banane ka tareeka :-
Chawal paani main 2 ghante keliye bhigo den.
Ek patili main pani garam Karen aur is mein namak aur sirka daleen.
Ab chawal shamil Karen aur thora sa oil bhi shamil kareln. Ek ubal aane par chawal se paani chaan lain.
Ab ek pan main thora sa oil shamil karke garam Karke anda shamil karke achi tarah hilayen take reshe ki tarah banjayen. Anda nikal lain. Ab ussi maion 1 tbs oil shamil Karen aur lehsan shamil Karen. Phir eke k karke sabzian shamil kar ke saute Karen. Ab is main Chinese salt, kali mirch, soya sauce aur sirka shamil karke milayen aur uble hue chawal shamil kar len. Thora pani shamil karke dump e 5 minute keliye rakh den.
