Khoya seviyan Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 1 packet
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Khoa 150 gms
-Cream 7-8 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Khopra (Dissociated coconut)
-Pista (Pistachio) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) blanched & sliced 2 tbs
Directions:
-In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add vermicelli and fry on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
-Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add khoa and mix well.
-Add cream,mix and cook until it leaves the sides of the pot.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add sugar,mix well and cook until sugar dissolves.
-Add desiccated coconut,pistachio and almonds.
-Garnish with almonds and silver foil & serve.

-Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein aur sawaiyan dal ker 7-8 minutes kliya halki ancch per fry ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Khoa shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein.
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheeni shamil karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Khopra,pista aur badam dal dein.
-Badam aur chandi ka warq sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
