PATAGONIA Relaxing Music Along With Beautiful Nature
Patagonia is a geographical region that covers the southernmost part of South America. This region is located in Argentina and Chile, including the southern part of the Andes mountain range running southwest to the Pacific Ocean and running southeast across the Corolado River to the Carmen de Patagones out into the Atlantic Ocean. To the west, it includes the territory of Valdivia through the archipelago of Tierra del Fuego. The name Patagonia is derived from the name patagon, a name that Ferdinand Magellan described as indigenous people his expedition mistook for giants. Today it is believed that the Patagons were actually the Tehuelches with an average height of 180 cm (~5′11″) compared to the 155 cm (~5′1″) height of the Spaniards of the time. The Argentine part of Patagonia includes the provinces of Neuquén, Río Negro, Chubut and Santa Cruz, the eastern part of the Tierra del Fuego archipelago
