Chicken Buns
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Chicken boneless small cubes ½ kg
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
-Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 1/4 Cup as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) beaten 1
-Til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger,garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder and mix well.
-Add soy sauce,mustard paste and tomato ketchup,mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until moisture is reduced.
-Let it cool down.
-In chopper,add cooked chicken,chop coarsely & take out in a bowl.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well.
-Add egg and mix well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Gradually add lukewarm water and knead well.
-Gradually add all-purpose flour and knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead again.
-Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
-Knead dough again,spinkle flour and knead until smooth.
-Grease hand with oil,take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-In the center of the dough,add chicken filling,press and seal all edges.
-On baking tray,spinkle flour and place prepared buns (makes 8-10).
-Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-With the help of the brush,apply egg on prepared buns and sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.

-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak,lehsan powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Soy sauce,mustard paste aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per moisture reduce ho janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked chicken dal dein aur coarsely chop ker ka bowl mein nikal lein.
-Mozarella cheese aur cheedar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,cheeni,khameer aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Anda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan ghond lein.
-Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
-Dough ko oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein,maida dal ker smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ka bech mein chicken filling rakh dein aur tamam edges ko press ker ka seal ker dein.
-Baking tray per maida chirak dein aur tayyar bus rakh dein (makes 8-10).
-Dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Tayyar buns per brush ki madad sa anda laga lein aur til chirak dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
