chicken mince 1/2 kg
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper pwd 1/2 tsp
white pepper pwd 1 tsp
cream 2 tbsp
chedder cheese 2 tbsp
green chili paste as much as you like or 1.5 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
ajino moto 1 tsp
1/2 egg for mixture
eggs for coating
bread crumbs for coating
oil for frying
add all ingredients in a chopper machine with mince chicken and blend it to make a paste like texture.
now make nuggets and dip them in egg wash first then bread crumbs and place them in a plate.
keep them in the freezer for 2 hours and then fry.
you can fry them immediately as well.
fry them for 4 to 5 minutes on low medium flame from both sides.
serve them with ketchup or chili garlic sauce or make nuggets paratha roll for aftar.
