home made chicken burger patties
Try these yummiest and easiest chicken patties for burgers.
FOR PATTIES :
chicken mince 700 grams (3 pao )
onion pwd 1 tbsp
garlic pwd 1 tsp
black pepper pwd 1 tsp
crush chili flakes 1 tsp
cumin seeds or pwd 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
mustard paste 1 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
vinegar 2 tbsp
egg 1
green onion 1 stalk chopped
green chilies 4,5
bread crumbs 2 tbsp
METHOD:
first in a chopper chop green onion and green chilies.
then add mince meat in it with all spices and sauces.
start chopper and add egg in it.
now put it in a bowl and check the consistency.
add bread crumbs as much as your mince need.
now make thick and big size kababs.
place them on a greased tray or place a plastic wrap first on your tray.
then cover kababs with another plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer for 1 hour.
if you want to freeze them .freeze as it is, over night and then put them in a zip lock bag and freeze.
or shallow fry immedietely
