Pakanay ka Tareeka
- Frying pan main oil garam karen. Pyaz shamil karen halka brown hone par tamatar, hari mirch, hari piyaz aur palak shamil karen.
- Ab namak, haldi aur lal mirch shamil karke 2-3 minute pakayen..
- Mixture main chamach ki madad se 5 andon ki jagah banaye aur 5 ande daal den.
- Dhakan de kar ando ko 5-6 minutes par pakne den.
Akhir mei kata hua hara dhaniya sprinkle karke serve karen.
Fried Egg Salsa recipe in English
Ingredients
- Onion 1 thinly chopped
- Green Chilies 1-2 thinly chopped
- Tomato 1 thinly chopped
- Spinach (Handful) chopped
- Green Onion 1 chopped
- Salt (To Taste)
- Turmeric 1 Tea spoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 5
- Cooking Oil
Directions:
- In a frying pan heat oil.
- Add onion and fry until light golden brown.
- Add tomato and green chilies, green onions, spinach and mix well.
- Add all the spices including salt, turmeric, red chilies and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- With the help of spatula make 5 wells in the mixture and add 5 eggs.
- Sprinkle black pepper and cover. Let it cook in steam for 5-6 minutes until eggs are done.
- In the end garnish it with coriander leaves.
