Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) roasted & powdered 1 tbs
-Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs
-Beef fillets ½ kg (wash & pat dry)
-Dahi (Yogurt) hanged ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions:
-In bowl,add yogurt,black pepper crushed,red chili powder,dried pomegranate seeds,cumin powder, poppy seeds,mace powder,coriander powder,salt,gram flour,nutmeg powder,ginger garlic paste,green chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
-Pound beef fillets with kitchen hammer & set aside.
-In bowl,add beef fillets and marination,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In bowl,add yogurt,green chili,cumin seeds,salt and mix well.
-On working surface,place marinated beef fillets,add yogurt marination,fold & roll it then tie with kitchen thread & set aside.
-In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until translucent.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add tomatoes,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
-Add marinated beef fillets and water,cover and cook on low flame until tender (approx. 35-45 minutes) and oil separates (keep turning sides in between).
-Add fresh coriander,ginger & serve.

Directions:
-Bowl mein dahi,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch powder,anardana,zeera powder,khashkash,javatri powder, dhania powder,namak,baisan,jaifil powder,adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Beef fillets ko kitchen hammer ki madad sa pound ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein beef fillets aur marination dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein dahi,hari mirch,zeera aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Working surface per beef fillets rakh dein aur bech mein dahi ki marination rakh ker fold ker ka roll ker lein aur kitchen thread ki madad sa tie ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tamatar,zeera,dhania,lal mirch powder,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
-Marinated beef fillets rakh ker pani dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay (approx. 35-45 minutes) aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein).
-Hara dhania aur adrak dal ker serve karein.
