apple gourd 1/2 kg
tomatoes 2 med side
onion 1 large sliced
mint 1/4 bunch
garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp
red chili pwd 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
cumin pwd 1/2 tsp
pour oil in a pan and saute onion till soft
add all spices,garlic paste and tomatoes.
mix and cook 2, 3 minutes on med low flame
when become a paste add apple gourd in it.
add 2.3 tbsp water and cook on low flame for 20,25 minutes.
add green chilies and chopped mint in it.
give it another minute on simmer and serve with plan rice or chapatti.
