Almond Chicken Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Chicken stock 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Corn flour 3 tsp
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) 150 gms
-Gajar (Carrot) sliced ½ Cup
-Mushroom sliced 6-7
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) if required
Directions:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,ginger powder and chicken bonless cubes,mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
-In small bowl,add chicken stock,salt,soy sauce,black pepper crushed and corn flour,mix well and set aside.
-In wok,add oil and almonds,fry until dark brown (4-5 minutes) then set aside.
-Remove excess oil,add carrots and fry for 2 minutes.
-Add mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In the same wok,add garlic and mix well.
-Add onion and fry until translucent.
-Now add marinated chicken,mix well and cook until chicken changes color.
-Add prepared stock mixture,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fried carrot and mushrooms,green onion leaves and fried almonds,mix well.
-If required,add water,mix well and cook until desired consistency.
-Garnish with green onion and serve with rice.

-Bowl mein soy sauce,adrak powder aur chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10 minutes kliya marinte ker lein.
-Chotay bowl mein chicken stock,soy sauce,kali mirch crushed aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein oil aur badam dal ker dark brown hunay tak fry ker lein (4-5 minutes) phir nikla ker side per rakh dein.
-Excess oil nikla lein aur gajar dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karhai mein lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent honay tak fry ker lein.
-Add marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
-Tayyar chicken stock mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fried gajar aur mushrooms,hara pyaz aur fried badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Agar zarorat ho tou pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur desired consistency tak paka lein.
-Hara pyaz sa garnish karein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
