Beef Reshmi Kabab Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya paste) 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Pyaz (Onion) slices 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) & Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
-Bread slices 2
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Chanay ka powder (Chickpea powder) roasted 2 tbs
-Coconut powder 1 tbs
-Cream 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Koyla (Coal) for smoke
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-In beef mince,add salt,raw papaya paste and ginger garlic paste,mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
-In chopper,add green chilies,onion,fresh coriander & mint leave,bread slices,water and chop well.
-Now add marinated mince,red chili powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder, chickpea powder,coconut powder,cream,butter and chop until well combined.
-Give a coal smoke for 3 minutes.
-Grease hands with oil generously,take a mixture and make kebebs.
-In grill pan/frying pan,heat oil and fry kebabs on low flame until golden brown (3-4 minutes each side).

-Chanay ka powder (Chickpea powder) roasted 2 tbs
-Coconut powder 1 tbs
-Cream 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Koyla (Coal) for smoke
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-Beef mince mein namak,kacha papita paste aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur refrigerator mein 1-2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Chopper mein hari mirch,pyaz,hara dhania & podina,bread slices aur pani dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Ab marinated qeema,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,zeera,haldee powder,chanay ka powder, coconut powder,cream aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ka kebabs bana lein.
-Grill pan/frying pan mein oil garam karein aur kebabs ko halki ancch per golden brown fry ker lein (3-4 minutes each side).
