Homw made PAPRI
CRISPY PAPRI
plan flour 2 cups
corn flour 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
oil 4 tbsp
water 1/2 cup (same cup )
first mix dry ingredients in flour and mix.
now add oil and mix it nicely.
it seems like crumbs in the end.
now add water gradually in it and make a hard dough.
now apply some oil in the bowl and 2,3 drops on dough and cover it with a dam cloth.
rest it for 1/2 hour.
now make 2,3 or 4 balls .as you like.
roll it and spread it as much as possible.
it should be 1/8 inch thick.
with the help of cookie cutters or a glass make round shapes of dough and prick them with a fork.
pre heat oil in a wok and fry them on med low flame.
oil should be med hot.
do not fry them in very hot or cold oil.
place a strainer in a dish and put them in it after frying
cover them with a net and cool them down to room temperature.
then keep them in a zip lock bag in your cabinet.
they lasts up to 15 days in zip lock bags.
