Ingredients;
750 grams minced meat
1/2 cup ghee or cooking oil
2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
5 to 6 green chilies finely chopped
1/2 cup (100 grams) ground raw papaya
2 heaped tablespoon fried ground onions
1 tablespoon roasted and crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tablespoon roasted and crushed cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and mace powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1 ½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ heaped tablespoon white flour
3/4 cup of water
