Raw/Ripe Papaya Paste: 2 tbsp
Ghee/Oil: 3Tbsp
Lemon Juice: 3Tbsp
Red chili powder: 1.5 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp or to taste.
Turmeric: 1 Tea Spoon
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
Cumin Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Kabab Chini Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Jyfal Powder: 1/2 Tea spoon
Javetri Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
ADDITIONAL GREEN MASALAH FOR EXTRA TASTE:
Green Chili: 2 Big
Hara Dhanya(Cilantro): 5 Tbsp of Leaves
Green Mint Leaves: 3 Tbsp
Yogurt: 3 Tbsp
Crushed Pepper: 3/4 Tbsp
GHEE/OIL for glaze: 1/2 cup
