How To Make Pakistani Sheesh Kebab

1kg beef mince (70/30 ratio)
1 grated brown onion, remove excess juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1/2 handful chopped mint
